  • The stock is sold out and we have no stock available currently.
    Please contact us if you want to know when will the items available.
  • If you are interested in an item or have bought a product and still have questions please contact us via Live Chat at the lower right corner or contact us.
  • In order to process your order we require the following information:
    Model number and quantity of the product(s) you want to order
    Your shipping and billing addresses
    Phone number – in case we need to contact you quickly in regards to your order
    Email address – for order confirmation and invoice
    Payment method – please provide a purchase order number and/or a credit card number to complete your order
  • There are numerous reasons for why your coupon cannot be applied:
    (1) Expired.
    (2) May have been used already or has a use limit.
    (3) Is entered incorrectly.
    (4) Not applicable for any products in your shopping cart- Coupons can be for specific categories, products or even just for a special promotion page.
    If you have a coupon that is not working and you don't know why please contact us via Live Chat at the lower left corner or contact us.
  • Dfilters accepts PayPal, Credit Card. Please read the Payment Poilcy to learn more payment information.
  • Dfilters does not charge fees of any kind, but some credit card companies will charge a currency conversion fee.
    Please consult your credit card provider for more information.
  • Please verify that your payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time may delay due to COVID-19 or extreme weather.
    If the issue is still there then please contact us or email to support@dfilters.com with your order information.
  • There are three reasons why your order was partially shipped:
    The items are overweight and need to ship in different packages.
    The item is out of production or stock for a long while, we may ship the rest to you first.
    Usually in this case, we will send email to you.

  • If the order has already been paid but is not shipped out yet, you can contact us to cancel the order in 24 hours and get a full refund.
    Usually the item will be shipped in 24 hours!
    If the order has already been sent out, we cannot help you to cancel the order.
    You may choose to send back the unopened products after you've received them and we will refund the money upon our receipt of the returned item(s).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available in your "Order Details" page.
  • Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address, once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Please contact customer service within 24h for help via Live Chat or email to support@dfilters.com immediately!
  • DFilters offer free shipping for all orders. You can choose it on the checkout page.
  • (1)How to cancel my order before the item is shipped?
    Please email to support@dfilters.com, you will get the refund after our service team receives your request. (This may take up 1-3 days, thanks for your patience and understanding.)
    (2) How to cancel my order when the item has been shipped?
    If you contact our service team within 24 hours and the item is shipped, we could offer you a free return label and you will get the refund after we receive the item back.
    If you want to cancel the order after it has been generated for more than 24 hours and shipped, you need to bear the extra return fee.
  • The products can be delivered to the most of states in America except American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • We ship from our warehouse in the United States.
  • We work with 3 carriers to make sure your order will arrive on time: United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
    Note: We don't accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the package.

  • There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in-stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check.
    In such cases, we may have to cancel your order.
    You will be intimated about it in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order.
    If you have purchased via online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
  • After receiving your request or your packages, it may take up 1-7 business days to refund your money.
    Unfortunately, due to current situations and the COVID-19, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
